| Conference
Registration: The cost of the conference is yet to be determined.
The total conference cost is divided by the number of attendees
which will determine the cost per person. Last year it was about
$30. Once the costs and registrations have been finalized, you will
be notified, however, it is not expected to exceed $100 per person.
Please register online by April 9th. Only complete
the Question, Project, and Vendor sections one time per credit union.
You may check-in and pick up your name tag and conference manual
on Wednesday, April 28th from 4 to 6 pm.
Hotel Reservations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Adam's Mark Jacksonville
Hotel for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $100 per
night Single or Double, $110 Triple and $120 Quad. To make your
reservation, please call the hotel at (800) 444-2326
and tell them you are with the Sym-East Users Group.
Deadline for hotel reservation is March 26th.
This
year's conference includes:
Advanced
SymForm Training: (Class
Full) Training is offered by Doug Petrosky of eCU Technologies
on April 27th and 28th. The cost is $100 for this follow up to last
year's Basic Symform. Training will be held at JAX Federal Credit
Union, 562 Park
Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204 and is only about a couple of miles
from the hotel. Directions will be available. Space is limited
for this hands-on training.
Symeast
Golf Tournament: This year's golf outing will be at Baymeadows
Golf Club and is scheduled for a 7:30 am tee off. Please contact
Alan Brunner
via email (abrunner@ecutechnologies.com) or check the box in the
online registration form if you are interested in signing up.
Please include name of golfer, credit union name, contact telephone
number, and email address. The cost is $38 plus tax which includes
green fees, cart and BBQ lunch Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1st place - Low Gross score, 1st place - Low Net score, Closest
to the pin, Longest Drive.
Evening
River Cruise: On Thursday, April 29th, there will be a lovely
evening cruise on the St. John's River sponsored by eCU Technologies
for all credit union attendees of the conference. Spouses or guests
of conference attendees are welcomed to attend at a cost of $25.00.
We will depart from the Adams Mark Hotel at 6:30 pm and return
at approximately 8:30 pm. Appetizers will be provided and there
will be a cash bar. Please indicate on the conference registration
if you are planning to attend. More information will be provided
to you at the conference. The menu for the evening includes:
