Graceland Evening Event

Conference Registration: Please complete a registration for each attendee from your credit union. The cost of the conference this year is $150 per person.

Photography Release: Occasionally we post pictures from the conference on the web site and need a release from all attendees. PSECU is referenced on the release since they host our website. This year we have added the release to the registration form to help speed up registration

Pre-Conference Workshop - A pre-conference workshop is planned for Wednesday, April 16th. The topic this year is “NTMC – Beyond the Basics”  and is sponsored by CUTEK.

Hotel Reservations: - Update 3/28/08: The Memphis Peabody no longer has discounted rooms for Symeast attendees. The committee has made arrangements with Doubletree next door for a discounted rate.

Peabody Guest Room Rates:  SOLD OUT        

The room rate includes wireless internet access in guest rooms, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the health club, morning newspaper, shoe shine (two per stay) and coffee service in the lobby each morning at designated hours. 

The cut-off date for reservations is March 17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. 

Reservations: Reservation Department – 1-800-PEABODY (press 2) – identify the group name (SymEast Conference) to get the convention rate.

Parking is $16 per day and $21 for valet.

Evening Event: Graceland is the planned event for Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. It should be a great evening starting with a tour and followed by dinner and live music in the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum.

Graceland Platinum Tour includes:
        Graceland Mansion self guided audio tour
        Tour of Elvis’ two custom airplanes
        Sincerely Elvis Exhibit
        Elvis After Dark

The cost is $50 per credit union attendee and $50 for each guest. Please indicate when you register if you plan to attend and how many guests you will bring.
